Albright is Alright.

"If Arab democracy develops, it will do so to advance Arab aspirations based on Arab perceptions of history and justice. The right to vote and hold office is unlikely to soften Arab attitudes toward Israel or to end the potential for terror, just as it has been unable to prevent terrorist cells from organizing in the West. Democracy should, however, create a broader and more open political debate within Arab countries, exposing myths to scrutiny and extreme ideas to rebuttal. Though some may fear such an opening, Americans should welcome it. For if we fail to value free expression, we forget our own history." --Madeleine K. Albright on washingtonpost.com

You know, a blog is not merely a place to repost portions of articles from other websites. You also have to add your worthless and uninformed opinion. That's what the new media is all about.

Will - what Ben said. Not that I know who Ben is, but I just started my own old person's blog for the purpose of venting my spleen, or rather the place where my spleen used to be. And since I don't expect any impartial feedback from Sarah about it, and because you were Google-able, here I am. I thought you (and Ben, for that matter) might stop by my blog and let me know if anyone of the generation who think Al Franken and Janeane Garofalo are old would be interested in reading (and commenting on) such tripe. The whole idea being that we are not alone. So if you get a chance, check it out and let me know what you think. Thanks, Sarah's Dad.
